Information we collect
When you request an appointment we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, appointment address and location type, service requested, date and time, number of signers and documents, and any notes you add.
How we use your information
We use your information only to confirm availability, quote applicable fees, coordinate travel, contact you about your appointment, and maintain records required of a Nevada Notary Public.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to complete your appointment — for example with a title or escrow company that scheduled the signing — or where required by law.
Notary journal records
Nevada requires notaries to keep a journal of notarial acts. Those entries are maintained separately from this website and are handled according to Nevada law.
Communications
By providing a phone number you agree we may call or text you about your appointment request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
