Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to mobile notary appointments booked with Priority Mobile Notary.
Appointment requests
Submitting a booking form creates a request only. An appointment is not confirmed until Priority Mobile Notary contacts you and accepts it.
Fees
Charges may include the applicable Nevada notarial fee plus a separate travel fee. Travel charges may vary based on location, time, distance, and appointment requirements. Fees are quoted before travel.
Identification and eligibility
Signers must personally appear with identification meeting Nevada requirements, and the document must contain or permit an appropriate notarial certificate. A notarial act may be refused where legal requirements are not met.
No legal advice
A Nevada Notary Public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, select legal forms, explain the legal effect of documents, or determine a signer's legal capacity.
Cancellations and travel
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A travel fee may apply where the notary has already traveled to the appointment location.
Facility access
Appointments at hospitals, care communities, and detention facilities are subject to those facilities' rules, visiting hours, and access approvals.
